How to order American Patch embroidered patches, embroidered bullion crests, woven patches and blank patches

We want to make your ordering process as quick and easy as possible, but there are several steps that must be followed.

The easiest way to get started is to simply e-mail your design to info@americanpatch.com and then call us. We will then provide you with quote for your specific patch, answer any questions and make suggestions.

If you would prefer to receive a quote by e-mail, simply fill out the Free Quote form, use the browse button at the bottom of the form to locate and upload your graphic file, and we will be back to you very quickly with a written quotation.

If you would simply like to estimate the per patch cost yourself, follow the simple instructions below to determine your cost:

1. Check our embroidery coverage chart to estimate the approximate embroidery percentage. We reserve the right to determine the exact coverage.
2. To determine the size, ADD the maximum height and width (in inches) of the finished patch and divide by 2. For example, a patch that is 3 inches high and 5 inches wide would be (3"+5") / 2 = 4". For circular patches the diameter is the size. For all patches, round fractional sizes up to the next half inch.
3. Check the price chart for patch sizes from 2" to 5" in quantities from 50 to 2000 to determine your cost per patch.
4. Check below for information on optional backing or metallic threads.
5. For larger patches or quantities greater than 2000, call or e-mail us for a quote.

Price includes up to seven standard embroidery colors. On the rare occasion that your job requires more than seven colors, each additional color is 8 cents per color. For example, 10 colors would cost an additional 24 cents per piece over the base price.

For metallic threads, add 20% to the base price per patch.

When you are ready to order, we will proceed as follows:

1. Provide you a written confirmation by fax or e-mail and request that you then provide us with your credit card information for billing. (On orders of less than $1000, nothing is charged to your credit card until we actually ship your patches.
2. We will manufacture a real sample and send you an e-mail scan so that you will know exactly how your patch will look.If necessary we will revise the design as it is our intent to make the patches exactly to your liking. In the unlikely event you choose not to go forward there will be a $50 cancellation charge after the sample has been made.
3. After you approve the scan, we will manufacture your patches and ship them to you from our Pennsylvania facility.
