How to Order Your Custom Patches
The American Patch team wants ordering custom patches to be as convenient and simple as possible. Once you have a design for your patch, our team is available to answer any questions that you may have and to provide you with professional guidance about colors, patch type, backing style, and so forth. Using the image that you provide us, we’ll create a patch mockup and send you a high-resolution scan of it. You can ensure that sample is exactly what you want, and if it isn’t, we’ll continue tweaking it until it is. We typically respond to quote requests within one business day, but you’re welcome to call us at 1-610-955-4989 in order to discuss your patch right away. Once you’ve agreed to the quote and signed off on the sample, we’ll manufacture your custom patches and have them delivered to you, which generally takes three to six weeks depending on the patch type.

Written Confirmation
We’ll confirm your order through either email or fax. This is the point at which you’ll need to provide us with your billing information, but we will not charge you for orders less than $1,000 until we ship.
Patch Sample
Our patch designers will create a sample for your order of custom patches. We’ll then make a high-resolution scan of that sample and send it to you for approval before we manufacture your order.
Patch Shipment
Once you have approved the sample, we’ll begin processing your order at our Pennsylvania facility. We will then ship the patches directly to your home or business address.
