Written Confirmation
Once we receive your order, you will be notified in writing, either by email or fax – whichever you prefer- that the order process has begun. At this time, we will ask for billing information. Credit cards will not be charged for orders under $1,000 until the order has been shipped. Larger orders may require a deposit.
Sample
When you have provided billing information for your order, we will prepare a sample patch for you to review. When the patch is completed, a scan of the actual patch will be sent to you via email for approval. This allows you to see the actual end-product before it is produced. Once you approve this sample, your order will be completed. If you receive the sample and choose not to follow through with the order, a one-time $50 sample fee will be charged.
Patch Shipment
When you approve your order for the baseball patches, we will begin processing it immediately. We believe in extreme customer care and timely shipments. Once your order is completed, it will ship from our manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.
